Ace Chapman
Ace bought his first business when he was nineteen. It was an online stock market simulator called CoolWallStreet. After seeing the benefits of buying a business over starting one, he saw the little known opportunity that existed buying small businesses. He coined the term Micro Private Equity and began building a small Warren Buffett-like portfolio of these acquisitions. Since then he has pioneered the Micro Private Equity Industry, building and growing innovative Funds in the space.
Andrew Ornoski
Andrew is a passionate Financier with a love for business and mindset. He often assist long-standing, with successful business owners in buy and sell-side mergers & acquisitions, forming joint ventures, as well as targeted capital raise projects.
Leron Richards
Leron is relatively new to the mergers & acquisitions space. He’s the guy with the sanity checks. He’s the numbers guy who makes sure everything is up to snuff. He does all the checks and balances, making sure everything runs as it should.
